The use of statistics in the production phases of a manufacturing process allows the data collected to be analysed as it makes possible to examine the measurements of each magnitude to then classify them and analyse them in order to identify rules in the apparent irregularity with which they are presented. It is like a powerful microscope that makes visible what would seem invisible.

Unlike other SPC systems, T.A.C. uses a data detection system that proposes the prescribed limits to the process itself in order to comply with the required rules.

Fully automatic and customisable dynamic rules direct the operator in order to reduce the number of out-of-specification products. The simple different colouring of the data recording area, which can also be divided according to the required capacity indices, offers an immediate evaluation of the monitored process.

The possibility of processing the data and displaying them in the form of graphs allows a quick analysis of the production processes to be made, and the subsequent implementation of the improvement activities.
